Meet Mrs. Gray, Principal


Mrs. Jennifer Gray became the principal of Liberty in the 2011 – 2012 school year. Mrs. Gray began her career in education in 2001.  She was a 1st and 3rd grade teacher for five years in the Isaac Elementary School District.  Mrs. Gray was later hired by Hurley Ranch Elementary School where she served as Master Teacher and subsequently as the Assistant Principal. During this time Mrs. Gray also served as Federal Projects Coordinator allowing her the opportunity to bring much needed federal funding to her school district.  Mrs. Gray joined the Liberty School District in the 2010 – 2011 school year as the Assistant Principal of Freedom Elementary School.

Mrs. Gray has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with an emphasis in history and a master’s degree in educational leadership both from Northern Arizona University.

Mrs. Gray is proud of the rich history of Liberty Elementary. She is honored to now be a part of the Liberty community. Mrs. Gray believes in educating the “whole child” and lives by the philosophy of putting students first.  She welcomes parent and community participation and she invites you to come visit the Liberty campus.
