Liberty Elementary School District's Gifted and Talented Education Program exists at all five schools. Liberty Elementary School District offers gifted testing 3 times a year  (see the testing tab to the left to get registered):

Session 1: September 7, 2013

Session 2: February 1, 2014

Session 3: April 26, 2014

Arizona State approved tests are used to identify students with a minimum requirement of 97% in one area. Students are referred for testing based on teacher or parent recommendation. Students who qualify for gifted services receive academic enrichment based on their grade and area of giftedness.

Kindergarten-1st Grade: Enrichment is offered within their classroom on all campuses.

2nd-6th Grade: Cluster Model at grade level on the Estrella Mountain, Freedom, Liberty and Rainbow Valley Campuses.

7th-8th Grade: Advanced Classes offered in Math, Literature, and Language Arts.

3rd-4th and 5th-6th Grade Multi-Age Gifted (MAG) Classrooms on the Westar Campus: Highly gifted students who qualify in more than one area from out of the Westar boundaries and once qualified Westar students are serviced in a self-contained classroom.
